Sad NEWS!!!!

I spoke with Kyle tonight around 9pm and he said he was FORE SURE not going to get off tomorrow but instead will continue working on the "HOT SPOTS" in Grass Valley. All these nights they have actually been staying in a "Christian Camp Ground" where they would stay in Dorms rather than an actual Hotel (which I thought).....BUT, tonight they got moved to the Lake Arrowhead Resort which is SUPER NICE so Kyle is enjoying that. Poor Kyle actually let a guy borrow his "strike team pillow" a few months ago and never got it back so Kyle's captain actually cut his pillow in half and gave it to Kyle....isn't that so super cool. Kyle said everyone is AWESOME and they all take really good care of each other.
Kyle said that a new contract has been signed that they can keep the firemen up to 21 days STRAIGHT and then they have to give them 2 days off and then they can work then for an additional 21 days STRAIGHT. We definitely don't think that this will be case with the Lake Arrowhead fires but you just don't know. That would be HORRIBLE, poor Jeremiah would miss his daddy if he was gone for 21 days.
So far, everyone is still healthy and safe and that is all that we can hope for. Thank you again for all the prayers, we three really appreciate it.
