Jer's SUPER fun 2nd Birthday!!!

We had a WONDERFUL day with Jeremiah and I know he had an absolute BLAST. We tried to do everything that we knew he would really enjoy, with out totally breaking the bank :). We started the morning off with giving him his small birthday present from us (since he still hasn't gotten around to playing with all the Christmas presents...we didn't feel it was necessary to give him a ton more) which was a football then we went outside to play with the football and just enjoy the amazing weather. After we were all dressed and ready we took Jer to lunch at Burger King (yes I know it is nasty) so he could play on the indoor play structure and eat some chicken nuggets. Jeremiah met another kid there that was 3 and they had a blast crashing their cars into each other and going down the slide. After we were done there Jeremiah took a long nap on our car ride down to the beach...which was perfect...a well rested boy is a happy one! We played at the beach for about 4 hours...running in the sand, making sand castles and even playing in the water a little bit. Jeremiah was in the BEST mood ever....he was ALL smiles and laughing a ton...this summer will be fun at the beach. We then headed down the pier to Ruby's and Jeremiah enjoyed an ENTIRE corn dog (he was super hungry..plus he loves them and never gets them) and a little bit of a dessert (they sang to him). Overall it was an AMAZING family day...just the three of us...we love just doing mini one day vacations and Jer had a blast! Enjoy the pics.
