We are officially HOME OWNERS!!!!!

As of Yesterday (Feb. 4th) we closed on our FIRST home...YAY! We are SUPER excited and feel super blessed to have the opportunity to purchase a home. Everything has totally been from God....and I mean EVERYTHING! We were in escrow with a different home (that we thought was the one) however it wasn't even half as nice. While waiting in escrow (it was a short sale and the sellers bank wasn't cooperating...which was totally a God thing) we found this house which was almost the same price and actually the interest rates dropped which was a blessing. There were 12 offers on this home but thankfully we actually got it...yay! Everything fell into perfect place and we could not be happier. It is a 1300 sq. ft. home on a lot that is 8600 sq. feet. We have a TON of stuff that we want to do to it....hopefully the majority of it will be done with in the next month...we will see :). Like I said though....it was totally perfect timing, amazing real estate agent, wonderful loan officer and most importantly God totally had this home for us. The Neighbors (we have only met 3...and that was while we were in escrow) are wonderful and totally watch out for everyone since it is such a small cul-de-sac. Every time we go to the house there is ALWAYS some one outside (pushing their kid on a bike, watering, talking with the neighbors...etc). We just pray that the rest of the neighbors are as nice as those and that everything goes well. We will be moving on Valentines day into our new CRIB...that should be interesting since we will not have the new paint done or the carpet done in the bedrooms....OH WELL...we are to excited to care. They both really worked their butts off for us and we always felt like we were their ONLY client. They always would call back on the same day or with in minutes and just really knew how to do their job well. They both have been doing it for about 20 years and it really shows because they could both read in detail any papers that we had to sign with them up side down. They both treated us as if we were family...I mean they REALLY took good care of us.
